Founded initially as a boutique site acquisition firm in 2008, SMJ successfully acquired both organic and non-organic companies to provide for design, engineering, and construction services while expanding our site acquisition footprint nationally. In 2014 our sister company LAB Architects LLC was formed, which serves as our Architectural Design & Engineering firm. In 2015 our sister company SES Engineering LLC was acquired, which serves as our Structural Engineering firm. Finally, in 2017 our third sister company, BAM Construction & Development LLC, was formed, which serves as our construction group.
